As a service to our local community we would like to offer a non-contact outdoor IT support for those in the Sothbank, South Melbourne, and Port Melbourne area. We will provide help remotely where possible or if a more hands on approach is needed then we are happy to meet in a safe neutral environment, always conscious of the current social distancing recommendations and safety measures.
- If you need help getting a portable device (Windows, Mac, IOS, Android) up to scratch to remain productive through remote working and are fortunate to have the support of a profitable company then the going rate is $120 / hour Ex GST.
- If your business is struggling and you have multiple remote workers or need a centralised access solution to make the best of a bad situation then get in contact via the form and we’ll see what we can do to help.
- If you’ve personally found yourself in need of help with technology to get you on the road to recovery then we also offer a guilt free “pay what you can service”.
Currently we are working from the public tables behind the Boyd Community centre on City Road but we are open to suggestions for other locations if they prove to be convenient and safe for all parties involved.
